The Waterloo Municipal Band performs every Tuesday evening from 8:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m., June through August, at the Courthouse Square, located on the corner of Main and Third Street.

The Monroe Actors Stage Company (MASC) is an amateur theater troupe, which presents productions throughout the year at the Capital Theater, located on Main Street.
