The City of Waterloo is again sponsoring a Home Alone Child Safety Program at City Hall on Saturday, May 18th from 9 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. The Waterloo Fire Department, Waterloo Police Department and Monroe County EMS will teach the children what to do in various situations – especially if they are home alone.
- Does your child know basic first aid?
- Does your child know stranger danger rules?
- Does your child understand how to contact you if they have problems?
- Can your child handle unexpected situations such as bad weather?
This program is recommended for children ages 8-13, but all are welcome.
