Business Banner Program

The City of Waterloo is now accepting applications from existing participants for the Banner Program. Existing participants will have from January 12-23 to renew their existing space.

New Participants will have from January 26 until February 13 to submit an application for a spot in the program. If we receive more applications than there are poles available, a lottery drawing will be held on February 18 at 3pm at City Hall to determine who will fill the available slots.  First drawn gets first pick of availability, second gets second pick and so on.

The purpose of the Banner Program is to enhance and beautify the appearance of Market Street and promote Waterloo businesses, community service organizations, school recognized organizations, churches and independent contractors with a home office in Waterloo. This program is an extremely cost-effective way to advertise.
