Extremely cold temperatures are expected across our area through at least Monday, with well below-normal temperatures, possible sub-zero readings, and dangerous wind chills.
Most importantly, stay safe. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme cold and check on elderly neighbors or those who may need assistance.
We also wanted to let our residents know that during this prolonged cold spell, natural gas bills are likely to be higher than normal. This is due to two factors:

• Increased gas usage as homes and businesses work harder to stay warm.
There are steps residents can take to help reduce energy use where it is safe to do so:
Thank you for doing your part to stay safe and energy-conscious during this extreme weather.
