The City of Waterloo is now accepting applications from existing participants for the Banner Program. Existing Participants will have from January 9 until January 27 to renew their spot in the program.
We will begin accepting applications from NEW participants on January 30th. Please check back here on that date for updated maps.
The purpose of the Banner Program is to enhance and beautify the appearance of Market Street and promote Waterloo businesses, community service organizations, school recognized organizations, churches and independent contractors with a home office in Waterloo. This program is an extremely cost-effective way to advertise.
