Mural Contest

Seeking Talented Artists!

Leave a lasting legacy - - design, create and install your original mural on the historic walls of Waterloo! Let your imagination flow. Submit your design along with a description to sdeutch@waterloo.il.us by June 9 at 4:30pm. Proposed designs will be voted on by the City of Waterloo Beautification Committee. If selected, you will win a $1,000 prize, and will get to install your mural on a building in Waterloo! All costs will be covered for installation of the mural as well.
